Ok, this is the last post from the US.... My flight pattern.

Alright, so there are two different ways to get to India obviously. Across the Pacific Ocean or across the Atlantic Ocean. I chose the Atlantic way since it would get me to India quicker by an hour or two compared to the Pacific way. It doesn't seem like much, but when you have to be on a plane and in airports for over 24 hours, an hour or two matters! So as you all know I will be starting out from Portland. From there I will be heading out to Newark over in New Jersey. That is about a 5 hour flight. Then the long leg of trip happens, it takes about 14 hours from New Jersey to Delhi. So I'll fly over the Atlantic Ocean, through Africa (Morocco, Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Chad, and Sudan), then through Saudi Arabia and Omen, above the coast of Iran, through Pakistan, and finally touching down in INDIA!!! By this trip I have almost traveled around the whole globe! There are only a few countries that I haven't traveled to between India and Hong Kong, I guess that I'll just have to take care of that problem in my next great adventure!

I just thought that you all would like to know where I will be flying over. I thought it was pretty cool!
